Sie w\u00fcrden sich nicht unbedingt als \u00e4ngstlich bezeichnen.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Und doch herrscht unter der Oberfl\u00e4che eine stille Erosion.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Energieeinbr\u00fcche, die sich nicht vollst\u00e4ndig erholen.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Gehirnnebel, der am Nachmittag kriecht.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Verdauung, die scheinbar \u00fcber Nacht unvorhersehbar wird.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Eine allm\u00e4hliche Aufl\u00f6sung, die sich nicht aufl\u00f6st \u2014 egal wie diszipliniert die Gewohnheiten, wie sauber die Ern\u00e4hrung oder wie entschlossen die Denkweise ist.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-44e26ad elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"44e26ad\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2>#1. Der Tag ist produktiv, aber nie erholsam.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">F\u00fcr viele Leistungstr\u00e4ger f\u00fchlt sich das Abbremsen nicht neutral an \u2014 es f\u00fchlt sich wie ein Misserfolg an. Oft besteht die unausgesprochene \u00dcberzeugung, dass Ruhe verdient, gerechtfertigt oder aufgeschoben werden muss.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Eine Kundin, Projektmanagerin und Mutter von zwei Kindern, dr\u00fcckte es pr\u00e4gnant aus:<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cIch dachte immer, ich m\u00fcsste mich mehr anstrengen. Aber vielleicht erkennen Sie sich hier wieder:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">An den meisten Abenden f\u00fchle ich mich verkabelt und dennoch ersch\u00f6pft.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">W\u00f6rter verlieren oder einfache Dinge mitten in der Aufgabe vergessen.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Reizbar werden, ohne dass es einen offensichtlichen Ausl\u00f6ser gibt.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bl\u00e4hungen, Tr\u00e4gheit oder eine eint\u00f6nige Stimmung versp\u00fcren, obwohl ich \u201calles richtig gemacht habe\u201d<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Diese Symptome sind selten zuf\u00e4llig.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sie spiegeln oft ein Nervensystem wider, das in h\u00f6chster Alarmbereitschaft ist \u2014 Ihren K\u00f6rper so laufen l\u00e4sst, als w\u00e4re er bedroht, selbst wenn das Leben objektiv stabil erscheint.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a203aba e-flex e-con-boxed wpr-particle-no wpr-jarallax-no wpr-parallax-no wpr-sticky-section-no wpr-equal-height-no e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"a203aba\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-8502b12 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"8502b12\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2>#3. Es spielt eine zentrale Rolle bei:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Herzratenvariabilit\u00e4t (HRV)<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Verdauung und Darmmotilit\u00e4t<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Stimmungsregulation<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Contr\u00f4le de l\u2019inflammation<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ged\u00e4chtnis, Konzentration und emotionale Belastbarkeit<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Untersuchungen zeigen \u00fcbereinstimmend, dass der Vagustonus \u2014im Wesentlichen die Funktionsf\u00e4higkeit dieses Nervs \u2014 eng mit der Erholungsf\u00e4higkeit zusammenh\u00e4ngt.<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Addorisio et al., 2019<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> zeigte, dass eine gezielte Stimulation des Vagusnervs entz\u00fcndungsf\u00f6rdernde Zytokine wie IL-6 und TNF-\u03b1 \u2014 signifikant reduzierte, zwei Immunbotenstoffe, die bei Autoimmunerkrankungen und chronischen Entz\u00fcndungszust\u00e4nden h\u00e4ufig erh\u00f6ht sind. Wenn diese Zytokine hoch bleiben, bleibt das Immunsystem im Aktivierungsmodus gefangen und verursacht Symptome wie M\u00fcdigkeit, Schmerzen, Darmentz\u00fcndungen und Gehirnnebel.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Lehrer et al., 2020<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> zeigte, dass die HRV stark vom Vagustonus, chronischem Stress und entz\u00fcndlicher Belastung beeinflusst wird.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Wenn der Vagustonus niedrig ist, hat der K\u00f6rper Schwierigkeiten, aus dem Hochalarmmodus auszusteigen.
