aria-level=\"1\"><b>Parasympathisch<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (\u201eRuhe, Verdauung, Regeneration\u201c) \u2013 ruhiger, erholsamer, tiefer Schlaf<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Im Idealfall bewegen wir uns m\u00fchelos zwischen ihnen hin und her.
