Le r\u00e9sultat ? Votre corps ne se repose jamais vraiment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibre cr\u00e9e un \u00e9tat connu sous le nom de tonus vagal bas, o\u00f9 le nerf vague (une partie cl\u00e9 du syst\u00e8me parasympathique) ne fonctionne pas de mani\u00e8re optimale.
